After you have made initial contact with the speakers, we will liaise with them to confirm details of the meeting.
We will also liaise with the speakers to discuss their equipment requirements, etc.
Handle all queries either by letter, telephone or fax.
Co-ordinate the receipt of Abstracts / slides, etc. Please bare in mind that whilst we ensure that the layout / dimensions / number of words, etc, of the abstracts are correct we are not in a position to agree with the Scientific content of the abstract.
If required, we can assist with additional accommodation/travel arrangements, etc.
Upon receipt of confirmation from the speaker we will forward a delegate letter confirming venue's location, map of the area, facilities, times of registration etc.
